The word "coaching" has become commonplace over time and can give rise to all types of businesses, visions, and methodologies that are not always in line with the person who needs them. A method can quickly lock in the person who approaches it to progress and move forward. And ultimately, not prevent it! It is therefore essential to find real tools adapted to our desire for evolution... much more than forcing ourselves to be or become someone we are not with means that are not adapted!
